Terms of use
Last updated: 26 August 2026
By using ChargeRoute.au you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Service
ChargeRoute publishes public EV charging information derived from official open data and planning tools that estimate possible charging stops. It is an information service, not a charging network, booking platform, or roadside assistance provider.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the site or APIs (excessive automated load, scraping beyond normal indexing, or attempts to disrupt service). Search-engine crawling of public pages is welcome within robots.txt rules.
No warranty
Information is provided “as is”. Open data can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Route times and charge estimates are approximate. You remain responsible for vehicle range management and confirming chargers in the operator’s app before you rely on a stop.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law, ChargeRoute is not liable for stranding, missed appointments, or other losses arising from reliance on catalogue data or planner estimates. Nothing in these terms excludes non-excludable consumer guarantees.
Changes
We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
